Brian Elliot, CECA Past President

Delta is an active supporter of CECAOpen in New Tab, and we are proud of Brian’s contribution to CECA’s success over the past years.

Brian Elliot has dedicated the last 8 years of his life to CECA. During his tenure, he has been your Central Region Chair, Vice President, President and is now completing his term as Past-President. Brian is also still involved as the CECA Field Advisory Committee (FAC) representative. The FAC meets with the Ontario governing body, TSSA on a regular basis. This position provides CECA members with an opportunity to voice industry concerns to the TSSA. The FAC also serves as an effective means of communication between the committee and CECA members regarding upcoming legislative changes in the draft stage for comment. As well, Brian sits on the Standard Performance Committee - currently looking into door times. He is also part of our "Reliable Elevator" Committee working with the government and lobbyists on the bill that was introduced in Ontario last year.

Brian has been involved in the elevator business for 30 years and currently serves as the Vice President of Field Operations at Delta Elevator. Delta has been an active supporter of CECA for over 40 years now. When not busy with Elevator related projects, Brian enjoys relaxing on his hobby farm with his horses and dogs and enjoys hitting the snowmobile trails.

Brian's term will be up at our upcoming AGM in Calgary. We thank Brian in advance for the wonderful job he has done.
